How to disable SkyUI?

I just watched a video of Gopher's top 5 essential mods and in it he lists SkyUI as one of them but mentions that it's possible to install SkyUI and disable the new menus for the default TV friendly UI but still keep MCM. How does one go about doing this?

I haven't used this in a long time but this hides it so it will meet requirements:

Hey thank you. I did install that and I did have issues with the magic tab. I'll give it a try thanks.

I have, I was just wondering if I could sort this out sooner rather than waiting for a reply I may never get. Cast more lines than one you know?

It's much faster to ask here. You are NOT GUARANTEED to get fast help, but usually there are a few people at all hours. So possibility is greater.
