How do I join the Vigilants of Stendarr?
I have Vigilant installed, however I still don't know how to enlist into the vigil. Is it unlocked after a certain goal or quest?

Since I do not have this mod I don't know of any prerequisite requirements, but you start it by going to Windpeak Inn in Dawnstar. You should be approached as soon as you enter.

I'd say leave the Inn, town entirely then try reinstalling the mod. I'll try it out myself shortly.

Okay. I've played a bit of it, however I wish there were werewolf hunt radiant quests, or a questline where the Vigil tries to take down The Companions.

Well unless the Player were a Companion you would never know they are Werewolves, it's a secret that only the Silver Hand seem to know.

So the mod works now?

the meat of the mods stopping (or helping) Molag Bal you dont really fight wewolves at all. vampire factor in pretty big in chapter 2 but the meats a I cant believe its not darksouls adventure in coldharbor where you get to fight twisted abominations formed from a bunch of historical elder scrolls figures.

its a great mod but proably not what your after.

you could try this I cant vouch for it but it might fit what you want better

Yeah, Vigilant is an Amazing mod but it requires its own Dedicated Playthrough. IF you try to mix it with being Dragonborn, I can't imagine that. I actually thought Chapter 3 is where it really really really Shines.

End of Chapter 2. Yeah....I just couldn't do what the story wanted. Spoler: I just can't. You don't deal with Daedra. You just don't. If that means I go into chapter 3 with a new character, thats fine. It really is that good .

Chapter 3 is amazing if you know the lore (I don't know how much Bethesda would consider Canon, think of it as clouded by points of view and alternating currents of time and fractured memories constantly reliving the past with distortations of a tortured mind. Not really sure its as good as I am making it out to be but I enjoyed Chapter 3 the most.

Still though, it makes no sense how they could keep their treason and heresy under everyone's noses, especially when the Vigil frequent Whiterun so often.

That's servicable, however I wish that Vigilant also had an option to go to war with The Children of Hircine, or as the fools who don't know their cardinal sin know them, The Companions.

Not meaning to derail the thread, but were 'nt the Atmorans Dragon Worshippers. Not sure which End Yssgramor was on, I could never tell if he was dragon cult or not.

thats because his lore predates skyrims dragon cult lore being retconed in and they never changed it. That said he was Atmoran so if he want dragon cult he'd worship with one of the other Totem animal cults.

you want a none meta reason for why he's not tied to the dragon cult it was considered shaefull and the priests and dragons monsters ergo modren nords would try and separate major cultural heros from the dragon cult.

Keep in mind that Ysgramor was just fantasy scandanavian Hitler as well, so him being a part of a draconic fascist cult makes sense. However we're talking about the Children of Hircine, not The 500.

He was a fascist either way, much like the dragons, so does it matter? He was evil, and so are the Children of Hircine descended from him.

Name one person who achieved upper managment that wasn't "Evil". That's why I don't even go for middle managment.
