How many homeless children are there in Syrim?

I was improving my farm and they always give me a choice

Library and exhibitor or 2 beds for children.

The exhibitor and library have a chapel for a god.

What I can do ?

Get a bigger house, Check out 'Skyfall Estate' a big house that has enough beds for all the kids in skyrim.

Unmodded you can only adopt 2 children, so you have to choice wisely. With mods you can adopt up to 6 max. I don't think the game engine will / can handle a higher about.

If you own Anniversary Edition, you can hire Brenuin to be your farmhand in Goldenhill, Lucia is scripted to follow him so she will start to sleep at the workers house and it's less one children for you to worry about.

Lots and lots of orphans if you use Fertility Mode + Essentials Be Gone ;)

2 Boys and 2 Girls in Vanilla Pre-AE DLC (I have no idea what that adds). 4 Boys and a Girl at the Honorhall Orphanage (Unless you make more).

There are mods that increase the number you are allowed to adopt. Not sure if it caps at 6 or allows max at PER Location. Heck I am not even sure what Vanilla rules are.

Here is one I have used in the past. Do your Due Dilligence to see if it fits your needs and can be safely used in your mod list.

Although I am somewhat thoughtful that the number of adopted children is limited to only 2 and that I have to use mods to increase it.
