both of these gave me a stroke while trying to read them.

look more like
seems like cut out missing parts where each line seems to be separate.
1) It seems people care about the challenge, items variety and more complex combat system.
2) Skyrim sold 30 millions in 10 years.
Elden Ring sold 20 millions in 1 year.
Still love Skyrim more though. It allows more immersion and i love immersion.
Just to set the record straight Skyrim sold 30 Million copies by 2016 (that's 5 yrs).

Not a question that interests me, none the less I guess the question is will Elden Ring still be going as strong as Skyrim in after 10 years.
Elden Ring has neither. I don't with that game harm, that's just the fact, and i love neither mods nor online.
those are great sales in a short amount of time.
This is a very prestigious award which Elden Ring will never be worthy of and Skyrim can now proudly boast receiving 228 awards.
You should know by now that these GOTY are not at all accurate and do not represent the general consensus of actual players, they are won by certain "critics'" choices
The same kind of critics who actually gave TLOU2 a win over Ghost of Tsushima although the latter was the obvious choice for the majority of the people, there were even polls done with overwhelming majority of people voting for GOT over TLOU2
Don't believe any of these game awards, man, they are all a big fat lie
