Issues with Nolvus install

Even though I bought and installed the Anniversary DLC, it keeps telling me I didn't over and over again. It also tells me my Steam Skyrim Special Edition game file does not exist...Any advice on how to fix this??

got the same problem. in my case, the problem were the different set up of languages. my fresh install of skyrim came with english language, but in the nolvus installer i choosed my native language. so i forgot to switch the language to my native in steam.

in short: i think steam skyrim and nolvus language needs to match up.

This is late, but have you actually downloaded the ae content in the game?

Not sure if you already checked, but when using NolvusUpdater, if you click Auto Select path, it cant point to a wrong skyrim folder, in my case I have the game installed in C:\ but if I click auto-select it points to D:\.

I looked for the correct path, reinstalled Nolvus copying that path and now it detects AE.

Just delete the folder named skyrim….. in documents my games then open the game then it downloads creation club files which is why you are getting error those files takes a long time to download

I have everything the AE and I have uninstalled reinstalled the game 4 times and yes booted it up and nothing is working I even manually downgraded the game twice and it still doesn't work idk what I am doing wrong

Old thread but if anybody is having the same issue this may help;
First thing is to look into what the error says, mine was a data error.
The Fix:
1. Verify integrity of game files via steam
2. Relaunch the game (from steam)
Reinstall all Creation Club content (automatically asked me to do this)
3. After CC content was installed, started a new game (dreaded opening cutscene)
made a new character(starter nord with different beard) quick saved and normal save, quit the game and launch nolvus dashboard and it started downloading.

i need some help i installed nolvus and when i load it up i get a black screen and then it closes before i even see the title screen and does nothing it has been installed correctly and i have all creator content im at a loss when i go to the dashboard you can check in the list about the mods it says their all ok ?

Any issues with Nolvus most be asked at the Nolvus site - we cannot help you with it as we have no way of knowing what changes the creator of that collection made, and would therefore only be guessing - and that would just be a waste of time or misleading.
