Low FPS with Community Shaders

Since there is a huge talk about Community Shaders being a good alternative for ENBs, I had to give it a try.
I downloaded all the mods it needs, Vanilla HDR, Grass Lightning + Colission, Screen-Space Shadows, Auto Parallax etc.
But to my surprise I get less FPS ingame than with an ENB.

With the Vanilla ENB Two I had like 60 FPS nearly everywhere but with CS and its other mods I get only around 30-40 with much more stuttering.

How can this be?
