investigate solitude sewers quest highlighted but not working-can't start the quest- no entrance open to sewers and no arrow pointing to entrance . Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Have you defeated both the Saints and Seducers at their respective camps?

This part can get confusing, but the quest will indicate that there is a presence in the Solitude sewers and not give you access. This is because you may have only collected a few of the journals and are missing one.

Try locating Ri'saad, the broker for the Khajiit caravan that travels around Skyrim. They camp outside of the major cities so it may take some time finding him. Let him know what you have found and the missing portion of the quest should come up.

thank you for the reply. Yes I did defeat the saints and seducers and I did track down Ri'saad outside of Markarth but still unable to get into the sewers in Solitude

Maybe I did miss a journal? I don't remember where the camps are. Do you know where the camps are so I can return and see if I missed something?

The Saints camp is near Brittleshin Pass in the South of Whiterun Hold near Secunda's Kiss.
The Seducers camp is near Fort Kastav to the Northwest of Windhelm.

Been on this quest for two hours now, so many conflicting viewpoints as to why it’s so busted. But in reality, it’s just Bethesda updating a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ buggy game with more ♥♥♥♥♥♥ buggy content
