How do I uninstall Nemesis mods?

I surprising can find very little information on this. I'm aware of course I will need to start a new playthrough to avoid complications.

But I just want to know, do I remove a mod that requires Nemesis like any other mod or do I need to do anything else? Should I run Nemesis again?

Uninstall the mods, then run Nemesis again to update the animations.

That's it.

If you don't run it again, you'll get the dreaded T-Pose.

If it's a simple animation mod that doesn't have any ESPs, etc. you don't even need to start a new game.
