I've never seen it on Nexus, so i wouldn't know it existed. Would have helped with a nexus link for instance... Some people might even want to see it.
There are thousands of mods, any number of which can add those ships. In the future, try to tell us just what mods you are using to begin with (in your very first post) instead of expecting others to know exactly which one you are using. Its far easier to do that than expect everyone to know the exact details of tons of mods.
How about trying your question the mod's forum on Nexus?

Apparently there’s a door in Engineering that will lead to a maze and in the maze you’ll find a machine to repair. Supposedly if you fix that machine, navigation will work.
