help with hidden spell "Dragon Breath"
according to uesp, there is a fire version of thunderstorm called "Dragon Breath" that can be obtained through console commands. There's no link to it so I don't know its ID. Does anyone know?

also, dragon priests in solstheim, Dukaan and Ahzidal use powerful spell versions of shouts called Frost Stream and Fire Stream respectively which would be fun to use. However, there's no page for them and I do not know if they're usable.

You can get the Dragon Breath spell with "player.addspell 040265a3". I just tried it out, and I can see why it's unavailable. The fire animation is puny. You do the master spell windup just like the Lightning Storm spell, but the fire looks just like the novice level Flames spell. There is a cool effect where as you charge it up, the Dragon Aspect style gauntlets appear on you, which is neat. But to be a satisfying spell, someone would have to design a kickass fire animation for it. You'd have to top the Unbounded Flames spell from the Arcane Accessories creation.

I found two more "dragon armor" type spells (my guess is they were meant to be won off or Miraak). Conjure Ancients (04031853) summons ancient dragonborn familiars similar to the ones that appear when you are hurt while using the Dragon Aspect shout. Mostly works, but they only last 20 seconds.

Then there's Dragon Storm (040265a8) which summons these cool flying snake-like dragon ghosts (similar to ice wraiths) while you keep it charging. But the spell looks pretty buggy, it activates and deactivates at strange times while charging it, just doesn't feel right.

There's also a basic conjuration spell for the same spectral dragon (040265a0). It works like any normal conjuration summon, only caveat is the dragon explodes when it dies and can damage you slightly.

I tried the Fire Stream spell you mentioned (04030ce6) but while the command appeared to work, the spell didn't appear in my spell list. It's probably missing some data. Frost Stream (04030ce8) works on the other hand, but it has a bug too, there's no sound effect when charging it. Otherwise as you say it's like Frost Breath.

There's more, a spell called Fire Flow (04028587) places a single flame trap on the floor. It's strictly worse than Wall of Flames or Unbounded Flames.

Similar to this is Frost Flow (04028589), which places one ice trap. It also has a streaming version called Writhing Wall (0401ed9c), but this appears to be the same thing as Wall of Frost.

My conclusion from this is that none of these spells are finished enough that I'd want to use them by simply activating them from the console. Some skilled modding work could make something cool out of the three dragon gauntlet type spells, potentially (maybe it's been done already I'm only familiar with a handful of mods).

Dragon Breath can be obtained the morning after an evening of Tequila and Hot Wings.

I found the UESP page you were talking about but as you said it didn't provide much information about these. I used the Creation Kit to look it up, it comes with the game. I don't know how to use it very well, I couldn't create any content, but sometimes I can look up details about the game that are more in the weeds than anyone bothers to write down.

I searched for "dragonbreath" and found the spell. I checked what other data references it, and found a list of master level destruction spells for use with the master destruction perk. It included another one of these spells, and the name for both of them were prefixed with "DLC02" meaning they came from the Dragonborn expansion. Since I saw that there were at least two interesting unused spells in Dragonborn, I went through a list of all the spells that begin with DLC02 and tested any of them that looked like it could be cast by a player but weren't known normal spells from the expansion.

Thanks. I will remember about the Creation Kit. Seems there's a lot of unused / unknown content there for those interested in digging them up.
