It WAS there and it’s now gone?
Did you remove the CC plugin? Are there special conditions to buying it and if you choose not to (or fail to complete these conditions) is it supposed to disappear? Did you download a mod that conflicts with that area and its being effectively “deleted” from the area?
Or do you mean that you dont have Tundra Homestead and now you’re considering buying it from the CC and wondering if doing so will cause issues with your in-progress game?
As far as the second goes, I would assume that anything sold on the CC can be safely added to an in-progress game unless otherwise stated in the CC’s description. I’m assuming this because common sense would dictate that Bethesda would know that a majority of their potential buyers could be dissuaded from purchasing a CC if they needed to start an entirely new game in order to use it.
Yet, generally speaking, it’s typical that any mod that changes a worldspace or the landscape such as a player home usually can cause issues on an in-progress game - especially if the area has already been visited by the player in that game.
If the house was there in your game when you started the character, but has now disappeared, then either a mod (or you, as Fear noted) removed it or your save is corrupt.
You can always try validating your files, but im not sure that works for CC content like Tundra Homestead....
Tundra Homestead isn't a house that disappears due to doing X instead of Y in a quest or anything, so it should remain regardless of what you do in-game.
If you however mean you have never owned the CC and are considering buying it, buying and adding it now shouldn't have any problems unless you have a mod that would be incompatible with it (changes the same location or so)
It should be fine to do so.
