book for urag sho-grub

Ok after umpteen play thrus I'm dealling with something new. I have a misc quest to return the book to urag sho-grub. Here's the issue. I don't know which book and apparently I already picked it up because the quest marker is on urag sho-grub. He keeps mentioning the rules about books and some other NPC also told me something like that I needed to return/not steal books, something like that.
Now I'm using the LOTD mod. I'm thinking maybe I accidentally picked up a book in the arcaneum and didn't realize it at the time. Then I dumped all the books at the museum and it got put there. First I took every book marked stolen out of the museum and went back to urag sho-grub. Nothing changed. So I went and got EVERY book in the museum and went back. The quest marker over urag sho-grub remains and no option to return anything.
So I googled it and got a list of every book he might want and I only got one and that didn't work. So I'm at a loss as to what to do to complete this misc quest.

"If you find the book before activating the quest, the quest will point you to Urag gro-Shub saying "Return the book to Urag gro-Shub" (if you have installed the unofficial patches) but Urag gro-Shub will not provide new dialogue thus making it impossible to complete the quest.
- Use setstage MGR20 200 to finish the quest. (use this if setstage MGR20 20 doesn't work). Use "MGR20B" if "MGR20" doesn't work."

What's the name of the quest? There are a couple of 'college' book quests, and the rest are radiant quests so it's either shalidoor's writings, or one of the few named books from the restricted section. If this is the first one. I mostly get sent to find "souls Black and White" but there are several. Have you talked to him. He might ask if you had any lick finding "X"

I don't know, it's under Misc quests and just says return book to urag sho-grub. There's a quest marker over urag sho-grub head. And that's it.

Yeah I actually have two of those and there's no Dialogue option to address it at all. As I said I looked for and found a list of (supposedly) all the books he might ask for and the souls black and white is all I have. I just activated/started the shalildor quest but this quest has been there for ages. I really think I picked up a library book by accident and he's looking for me to bring it back. That's nuts I know, he's not attacking me but maybe that's because I'm archmage. He does keep reminding me that the rules apply even if I'm archmage and one or two, maybe more, times a college NPC has also reminded me about stolen books or he's serious about the rules etc.
I don't don't know. Right now my plan is to uncheck that quest and forget about it and maybe it'll work itself out.

Does that come up as a miscellaneous quest? Nothing in the quest log is entitled "fetch me that book".

So what does that mean? It doesn't tell me what book he wants. It doesn't tell me where to look for the book. So exactly what radiant quest is this? All it says is "return the book to urag sho-grub and the quest marker is on him. I've never sold a book and I have taken every book I have to him and there is no option to complete the quest, turn in a book or anything concerning a quest. So how do I know what book he wants and where do I find it? The fact that it says "return the book" implies I got it from him.

Thank you! I haven't done it yet. I read your post and forgot it. I read the bugs on that quest and that is exactly what's going on so I'm pretty sure this will fix it.

UPDATE: that was it. I had 2 souls black and white but he wouldn't acknowledge it. The console code fixed it.
