Is there a mod for less enemy spawns?
I'm playing with some monster mods like Monster Mod SE, Immersive Creatures and some Mihail Mods but i feel it iss complete chaos in the game rn because there is an enemy every 50m and mostly the same enemies. Is there a way to adjust the spawns?

So…you downloaded a bunch of mods that ADD spawns, and now you don’t want all these spawns?

The solution seems kinda obvious…
thats why I just use a couple mihail mod at a time or else it turn the game into a complete nightmare

Honestly, I’m indifferent to his mods.

I like most of the ones he’s done, and feel like some of them fit very well in the world, but for whatever reason when I use his mods my game seems to get very laggy and choppy out in the wilds.

I don’t THINK it’s directly caused by his mods or how he makes them, but all I know is that when I use more than 2 or 3 of them my game gets like that, and when I don’t use them it doesn’t get like that.

Yeah, Fear - it is directly tied to his mods. He adds at least 2 to 3 creatures per cell for each mod (if not more, in some cases), and when you start adding it all up, you suddenly find that the game is trying to load and keep track of literally thousands of creatures. So it is like you said - one or two may be fine, but moire than that is definitely not recommended.
Mihail is great when it comes to his artistic work, but as far as implementation goes, really terrible.

I know Immersive Creatures you can turn down alot of the chances for extra creatures. In fact I would recommend it. I put most of the Natural (Animals) down to 10%, Creatures down to 5% and most Specials down to 1%. Even then you have to turn down the extra spawn down a few clicks (defaults to 3), I kept it default for years, but lately have been putting it to 1.

These are mostly due to trying to prevent crashes. if it was not a factor I would turn them up.

No idea about Mihails. I don't use. Looks Quality but I just cant justify adding for the most part.

when using a lot of his undead theme one had like more then 30 mob in a single vampire cave lets say it was a tad unbalance lol

Makes sense. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and his mod pages usually have a few comments about it (with replies from him and his fans usually rebuffing the accusations).

Using his pigeons and house cat ones together made cities janky as hell, and I had to cut them loose, which sucks because it added just a tiny little bit of added flavor to urban areas (though his cats are weirdly large).

His quality is a bit hit-or-miss IMO. 4th Unknown I think has the better looking creatures, but lack some of the “features” that Mihail’s does. Mihail’s Durzogs, for example, are TERRIBLE looking.

I think right now I’m just using his Minotaurs, giant variants, chickens + chicks, war casualties (adds wounded and disabled NPCs to cities), ravens, and Cyrodiilic wolves ones and it seems to be okay.

To really get a better idea of why things get so messy with Mihail's mods, open them up in xEdit and look at the worldspace category and the listings for each cell. Which is a good idea to do when deciding on his mods - and yeah, the house cats is a major problem even all by itself if you are running a number of mods. Even after I had removed literally hundreds of records, it was still an issue and at that point I just said it wasn't worth it (but the same applies to a lot of his other mods, as well).

Dont that mod crash like everyones games after a while? I heard that his mods are useless as they create CTD way too much.

In general avoid Mihail spawning mods unless you have the knowledge to tone it down as For Immersive creature tone it a bit down in the mcm. Also one big mod (like IC) is better than 5 mihail mods as said Mihail mods does dump the monsters in the world .... however every individual mod doesn't take other mods into account so it stacks and stacks

Never had a CTD with his mods tbh. But i will try to deinstall them and i will look then if the game is a bit balanced then.
