i'm missing the ancient nord armor set in my game

i'm going through a dungeon, and for some reason i noticed that i'm missing the ancient nord armor set. i looked in the console (by typing Help "Ancient Nordic"), and i didn't see a single piece of armor. what is the file name for it so that i can see if i can find it? (i'll validate the game files too and see if that helps)

ok i just validate the files, it says everything is there. is there something wrong with my game?

You typed ancient nordic, but to my knowledge it ancient nord (without ic) correct spelling in the console is very important. If nothing turns up try only ancient

ok maybe that's the case, but none of the draugr are dropping it, when i remember they used to drop it. is that my fault, or am i remembering things wrong?

Normally without a mod it doesn't drop a mod like immersive creatures drops it you can only find certain armor pieces in dungeons, but not standard drops on Draugr mostly they are hand paced for instance on top of the north shriekwind bastion there is a pair of boots in Volunruud is a helmet, etc

In the vanilla game it’s there, but it’s hard to find a complete set.

You can tell it’s there because it’s Aela’s default armor set IIRC.

Draugr don’t drop it and I don’t think it’s in any loot lists for enemies/chests (if it is I think it’s only when you’re like level 35+).

As SpeedFreak said though, you can find random parts of it placed in barrows and such, and yes: it’s called “Ancient Nord”, not “Nordic”. The help command requires you to be pretty precise sometimes.
