If so regenerate FNIS.
If you deleted all mods, I hope you started a new game. Also, just deleting mods will not necessarily remove all mod related files, there may be some left over. You should follow this guide, as your best bet is to do a clean reinstall - that will ensure that everything is up to date and any old mod files that may be left over are removed (this is often the issue, leftover mod files - simply uninstalling and reinstalling the game will not fix this). Follow the below guide - and follow it EXACTLY and to the letter, skipping nothing:

Once that is done (and DO NOT clean or edit the Master files or any Creation Club content), check on a pure vanilla game just to ensure the game launches and initially plays as it should. Then add mods in gradually and test.
