In the pinned topics there are guides to do this. In short you will delete your root folder and documents game folder then reinstall.

Normally, this is associated with mods because improper installation/removal of mods can result in the original textures getting deleted or the “path” to that object’s texture somehow gets changed.
How this could occur on an entirely vanilla game…my only guesses would be that either the texture files got deleted somehow, or they just never installed properly.
If verifying the integrity of the game cache and a basic reinstall didn’t work, you may need to do a full wipe of the game and all associated files/folders and try installing it again.
I followed the entire guide and it worked ! I now have a HDD partition only for Skyrim lol
