Start with your windows update and see if something has been installed or updated (You may have to check driver or other update sections as well). Video Drivers, .net Framework, or Visual Studio's are especially key to look for.
If you have installed or Uninstalled other games. Steam redistributables may have been affected. I don't know what to do to trigger a correction for that.
Those are the only things I can think of if Mod's have not been changed during this play through.
I guess Game Progress (comparing where you were and what you were doing at save 100 vs save 202) may be a factor.
-----
Try loading save 100 and then a higher save and see if that works. (Without restarting the game. IF you haven't already tried.).
Another thing to try. Start up the game and let it sit at the menu for anywhere from 20-30 seconds, then try loading.
------
Edit: Clarified and added. The wait a bit before loading a game worked for me when I was getting constant CTD Loading a week or so ago.
- keep just a small amount of saves in the saves folder, backup or delete the others
- don't use autosave or quick save, only manual hard save
OneDrive is also known to play hell with your saves file
