Power attack randomly or when moving in a direction

had a bug that made me always power attack, and i did have mods installed but i decided to start fresh and delete everything. I removed all mods and reverted sse back to vanilla but the issue still persists. Standing still ill attack fine but power attack on the third swing and im not holding down the mouse button. Whenever i move in any direction it will always be a power attack. Spell and bows work normally, its only melee weapons that are affected. Ive tried starting a new game, reloading save games, viewing integrity of my files, deleting dlc and then loading up a game, and checking out my mouse with a mouse program, and none of that seems to fix my issue. Anyone got any ideas?

I don't have that issue. I do run around with my Stag prince bow up. It randomly shoots arrows about ten feet, annoying but not all that serious.

Since the issue persists (please don't load an existing game save if you have removed all your mods) in a new game, it's best to check if you really have cleaned your Skyrim data folder correctly. It is possible you have some leftovers here and there. This user guide may help you in that regard;
