Valravn is the most recent of the three: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/53869
Can see all their mods here, lot of good ones imo: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/users/3959191?tab=user+files&BH=1
You could also take a look at combat animation mods for DAR. They can make a big difference as well.
This one is quite popular. i am not using it myself, but plenty enough people are.
True Directional Movement - Modernized Third Person Gameplay

True Directional Movement
Valvran (sometimes Wildcat instead)
Vokrii (same mod author as Ordinator)
Some DAR Combat animations
I looked at true directional movement. Looks interesting, how does it affect first person?
it's mostly great for third person.
And "requires" TrueHud for the target lock reticle widget to work.
And also "requires" Nemesis to fix issues caused by headtracking
the last 2 are more of a "highly recommended" vs a hard requirement.
TDM is great for 3rd person. I don't play w/o it.
+ CGO stripped-version, better jumping, dual-wield blocking for dummies and some other stuff, for more fluid controls in combat
+ Precision, for the weapon-hitboxing
+ Mortal Enemies SE, for the attack-commitment script
+ Populated Skyrim's forts-version & dungeon-version ONLY
this is wat I use; makes for drastically-improved & very fun combat.....takes a lot of patching to get it to work together nicely tho
