is there mods that add good food like spaghetti or something cus its still lore friendly cus of cyrodiil and imperials and itd taste better than unseasoned horker loaf and just makes the world so so so much better so if theres any spaghetti or other cooking related mods thank you so much everyone

If you want to use just one mod that will add tons of different food types, I recommend the following:
Mealtime - a Food and Recipe Mod by Aviform - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/22496

Also check out the author's page for other mods - Aviform makes some great ones.

As far as other food mods are concerned, there are a fair number of them (far too many to list and post) - search in Nexus.

Pasta originated in China and became a staple in Italy and other countries. The tomatos the sauce if made from are from the Americas. There was a mod that added pizza though.

Do you know what they actually mean by that delicacy? It's fermented blubber, rotten fat. Seriously.
