Hilda the Goat Bug

Looking for a command or other fix -

I'm at Rorikstead trying to buy Hilda the goat, and I give the guy money for her and... Nothing happens. I can't talk to her, and can repeatedly give the guy 200 gold trying to buy her over and over again. Don't have the teleport spell either.

Is there a command I can use to just give myself the spell or the goat?

No, it isn't

I can think of this :
1 - Prid FExxx879
(xxx depends of the order of your esp files try 001 , 002 , 003 , 004 for example and then "Moveto.player" to see if its the correct ref ID for her , You may also just open the console command and click on her while she's on your line of sight to set the Prid
2 - setrelationshiprank player 3
3 - addfac 0005C84D 1
4 - then talk to her to see if you have the option for follow me dialogue

just make sure creating a save before trying it in case if it might mess up something

I've tried a few different commands including disabling and enabling both her and the guy who sells her, the resetAI command on both, giving myself the spell that will teleport her (which works, but does not give me the dialogue options still).

The only thing I could think of that I haven't tried is resetting the quest that gives her, but I'm worried that would mess up my other pets, and I'd rather have my silly fox than a goat.

Hi, just get the same bug, so i reload a save, i was out the gate of whiterun and travel to rorikestead talk to the guy and buy the goat and here we go again, i want to try again and this time i just enter in the inn in rorikstead, sleep get out go to the spot where the goat is and read the journal first, try to talk to the goat, and she respond (Beeeh), and then talk to the guy, buy her and it's done.
