I've lost Shadowmere and she's not respawning at or near the pond? Already bought another horse and went back to the pond and no luck. That's dead now. Dragon got it. That's why I miss Shads so much?

Most often, Shadowmere can be found outside Castle Volkihar. However, Shadowmere may not be present there. This can sometimes be fixed by purchasing another horse, then going to the Falkreath Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, where Shadowmere will appear from the pond.

I've bought another horse. That's gone now. Dragon got that. But when I try to buy horse armour it says I do not own a horse? I think I'll try that command.

Shads is back! Took about 2 weeks of game time? Wasn't in the pond, but just on top of a little hill near it. So happy!
