Frostfall Help Please

I am having a lot of trouble getting Frostfall going. I know, I know. But hear me out. My LO was working fine before I had to reinstall Windows and Skyrim SE/AE. I kept my files and was able to use them while rebuilding. I'm using the same LO with a few less mods not needed for this toon such as Destroy the Thieves Guide and Vampire fixes. When I noticed that clothing and armor warmth wasn't showing up on equipment, I started digging.

This was days ago. I made sure I had all the required mods and that all my files were up to date. I pulled up Lyonmane and Sieggfried's guide to repack Frostfall and Campfire after deleting everything that was connected to the two mods. This didn't change anything. Again, I had done this before and it worked. I also made sure that I have the latest Papyrus dll. So I then used the console to start Frostfall and it didn't help. Also, I did NOT get an error message. This suggests that Frostfall is installed correctly.

I tried these after I had tried the normal in game way of starting Frostfall by waiting until 7pm to 7am game time and looking up at the sky. I've dived into freezing water. I have installed Jaxons MCM Kicker. I have also moved the PapyrusUtil AE SE to the end of my LO. I cannot get Frostfall to show up and Campfire is working just fine. Anyone have any ideas?

I had a problem with frostfall/campfire too. I had to uninstall and reinstall skyui. that fixed the problem I had. BUt if you ask anyone here they will tell you I'm incompetent when it comes to this stuff.

I only reinstalled. I'll try uninstalling SkyUI completely, then reinstall.

Incompetant? I don't know about that. Frostfall is troublesome. I am still on 1.5.97 so I can't speak to it working on more recent builds. Best I can do is mention because some people in the past have missed them.
