ENB install then weathers or reverse order?

I believe I read somewhere to install weathers mod first then the ENB but as I have the weather mod installed in my Skyrim folder, in my case Cathedral Weathers for Re-Engaged, when I went to put in the actually Re-Engaged ENB I get an overwrite notice. So either the weather mod is suppose to overwrite the ENB or the other way around. Not sure which. What would be the correct order? Thanks.

Youican install ENB at anytime. Beginning, end, inbetween. You can also switch out ENB's anytime you like. This is a preference thing if anything. Some like to see what the gamne looks like after they are done modding so they can compare. But you can easily compare by turning it off in game, then back on again.

Edit: Just noticed you mentioned overwrite. They should not conflict. I haven't used Cathedral in a few years but I don't remember any conflicts. Shouldn't be a conflict with ENB's.

Thanks for the reply. Actually I got it wrong, got confused with what and how I installed. The weather mod is installed in MO2, it is the files I added to the main Skyrim SE folder which were the ENBSeries files that one is suppose to install first and then the actual ENB I want to use overwrites 2 files and 2 folders. So it appears the ENB, my case it's RE-Engaged, overwrites some of the original ENBSeries files that I just dropped in. It seems that is the correct procedure though I'm not 100% sure.

*Edit: Actually 3 files overwrite as enbcache is empty on both ends.
