I'll work on finding a weapon with soul trap on it, but in the meantime, one more question. This page I found actually talks about "buying the soul trap enchantment" from a court wizard. I've never seen enchantments for sale, have you?

I don't know who wrote that guild but they totally wrong. Mages may sell the soul trap tome. but they dp not carry enchanted weapons. In the future if you need information aside from the fourms, use UESP, it's the best resource for quick and accurate information,

Anyway, pertaining to your question you can get the unique Fiery Soul trap from https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Ironbind_Barrow
The enchant is in an axe that is a guaranteed spawn and is better than base Soul Trap as it also does damage.
In addition to the Firey soul trap that was mentioned, the daedric item Molag Bal has soul trap, though non-disenchantable, that you can get from a quest in Markarth.
