Missing Parameter ObjectReferenceID
I'm trying to revive Eorlund Gray-Mane. I've tried to used Ref ID and Base ID, but none of the works. My inputs:

Prid #0001A683
Prid #1A683
Prid #00013B9D
Prid #13B9D

All I get is Missing parameter ObjectReferenceID. I've tried the teleport to NPC command and it just went into infinite loading screen. Does anyone knows how to solve it? Thank you.

Side note: Eorlund is not dead of Dragon or Vampire attack, he just disappeared and I know his death from NPC. He's dead for quite a long time, so I have to use Prid command to find back his body.

Look up the ObjRefID for that npc (google) and use the "MoveTo Player" console command.

Before I use the "moveto player" command, I need to use "Prid <refID>" to identify the NPC first. Yes, I've acquire the RefID from Google, which is 001A683 for Eorlund Gray-Mane. But it just doesn't work, it keeps showing Missing parameter ObjectReferenceID.

EditorID = Used by the Creation Kit only.
FormID = Used by the game to identify specific npc's and objects.
ObjectReferenceID = Used by the game to identity persistent references in the world itself.

If you have the correct ObjectReferenceID and the console command is entered correctly, it should work.

Be VERY weary with reviving a named npc if the death scripts have been run by the game you only get a generic npc without ANY specific dialog or tasks. Because the game considers him dead best load a save where he's alive otherwise there might no be a recovery

edit I know it sometimes works other times no bueno

I want to buy Wolf Armor from him, nothing more. At this point I'm giving up reviving him, I'll just use the add item command

You can just console them in ... (player.additem)

or just install the mod AddItemMenu and never have to worry about the command.

It's not working because you are adding the # sign. Also as others have warned you shouldn't be reviving NPC's.

For the future if you use mods use a mod that sets named npcs protected (you can still kill them)

Indeed, that is the main reason the id won't work.
