I find it cringe when people try to turn a game into a totally different game. Fallout turn into stalker, skyrim turn into dark souls / software game. Just go play the actual stalker games or whatever. but since i am sucker for DMC. This is actually very damn cool.

The difference being the freedom to branch away from the staples of those games, and implement any mechanics you please.

also some games are older like stalker even though there are lots of clones. it is sometimes hard to get into them where mechanics and graphics may have not aged well.
