Paraphernalia - Anti-Flicker mod - dont use when using ELFX!

Since the mod has comments/discussions disabled i write it here.

I was lookign forward to finally get the stupid occasional light flickering fixed with that mod, but turns out, if us use the mod u might as well just dont use ELFX at all. The mod disables MANY of the added lightsources from ELFX, even in situations where i have no light flickering at all.
So no recommendation to use that mod

You shouldn't use that mod at all, it isn't stable and will cause issues with a lot of other mods.
