Otherwise you will have to spend some time with xEdit to figure out conflicts with it.
I am currently reworking my load order to work properly with BashedPatch. I had to let few mods go, because patching them to something that WB wold pick correctly would have been pointless effort compared to gain.
It is not the same thing than extension in Nexus was - which is indeed currently obsolete.
It looks like you kept some old favorites that I gave up. For example, I am currently looking the replacement for Wet and Cold.
