Help Sorting Load Order

The game would start to crash more often which I think may be a script issue cause it seems to happen sometimes when performing any action like mounting my horse for example or getting into combat. Currently trying to do Boethiah's quest and the game will either crash on the way to the Sacellum or while I'm there.I don't know if its because of my load order. Already sorted with LOOT but I don't know if anything else is wrong with it. Loaded back to an earlier save before it started. Load order below:

this information is unclear because even tho I could see at least 3 potential issues with a quck look at the list , some mods are just loose and don't have an ESP plugin
Also whatever ENB preset you're using have to be set manually with all the dependencies

I suggested using Wrye Bash :

and don't forget to grab the latest net framework so this tools can actually make a debug log to help you find the problems specifically :

Be mindful what you do with WryeBash. Unless you know exactly what you are bashing with it, just bash leveled lists and be done with it.

Otherwise you will have to spend some time with xEdit to figure out conflicts with it.

I am currently reworking my load order to work properly with BashedPatch. I had to let few mods go, because patching them to something that WB wold pick correctly would have been pointless effort compared to gain.

So I already have this installed but I don't know how to access the debug logs. Not sure if this is related to the .NET Script Framework which hasn't been updated to the latest version of the game.

The linked version is Microsoft product, which is up to date.

It is not the same thing than extension in Nexus was - which is indeed currently obsolete.

So a little less than half my plugins are .esl so would WryeBash actually be necessary here?

Yes, it is recommended. You and I have very similar load orders, so I can honestly say that there is plenty to merge.

It looks like you kept some old favorites that I gave up. For example, I am currently looking the replacement for Wet and Cold.

I bashed the leveled lists only but that didn't help with my issue. I also tried a couple of methods I found but still didn't fix the problem. As I stated above still not sure how to access the debug logs to figure out what exactly is causing it.
