Waking Nightmare Bug - Can't take Skull of Corruption

I've killed Erandur when he was breaking the barrier. The quest objective told me to retrieve the Skull of Corruption, but there's no pop-up on the staff, I can't press E to get it.

Skyrim wiki said that loading previous save will solve the problem, but not in my case. Tried travel elsewhere and come back, didn't work either. This is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, I'm planning to get all achievements.

Solved it. It's certainly a bug. The button will only appears for milliseconds when u look at the staff from certain angle. So I just spam movement (WASD) keys on one hand, and spam activate (E) key on the other hand. When the character walks into certain angle, the button will appear then u can take it.
