Skyrim Happen To The Dinosaurs?

Skyrim is based in years in history,but we have giants and their mammoths.
So what happen to the dinosaurs?did they go extinct?mammoths like dinos sort of.

Did people want to battle dinosaurs?don't have to be big and they are featured
in most games,would people want to battle them in sequel?or could engine not
work for dinos? would of been cool to battle bigger npc like mammoths?to give
us more of battle from Skyrim? People complain its to easy,dinos would not be?

Why was Clannfear not in Skyrim? they are dinosaurs inspired?
So are Dragons dinosaurs? did they kill dinosaurs? Mods?

That being said, ancient creatures sounds interesting. It would have to be done for The Elder Scrolls theme.

While on earth dinosaur bones have been discovered many hundreds of years ago, nobody knew what they were back then.

It was not until 1824 that the first description of a dinosaur has been written by a scientist.

So we can assume that the Nirn societies will have to go through some further development until they understand that there may have been giant creatures living on their planet before they themselves started to exist.

Dragons are the dinosaurs. They became extinct from being hunted. They returned only because Alduin was sent into the future and resurrected them. As far as I know, there isn't any solid proof that Earth dinosaurs didn't have some sort of elemental attack capabilities.
There also isn't any proof that science knows that every species of dinosaurs have been discovered.
Just like there isn't any proof that magic exists like it does in Skyrim.
Clannfears, are from the planes of Oblivion.
Skyrim Immersive Creatures adds a lot of creatures that have appeared in previous Elder Scrolls games as well as others.
Various Mihail mods and ports on Nexus add all kinds of creatures.

Whatever gave you the idea that Skyrim was based on anything in history? Its a fictional setting, one that has absolutely nothing to do with the history of our world.

Most of it is fictional, but small parts are taken from history. Imperial armor is loosely based on Roman armor. Nords? Bretons? Too modern for Norse Germanic people and Celts!

Nah, they are just extremely passionate about those two games. Yes it sometimes seems to go into obsession.

As long as they now can differentiate what the games are for. In earlier threads they tried to combine the two ideas into one. FO4 is based on our history with an alternate timeline with super science, so a "what if" world. As opposed to Skyrim (or all The Elder Scrolls) being a completely different world of fantasy that only takes some inspiration from our myths.

Like he said, Skyrim is a world with completely different megafauna and magical denizens, even if the people talk like Muppets and there are some elements in common with the world Bethesda exists in.
