Why am I gaining sneak exp while in werewolf form?

I'm trying to stay under lvl 49 but I just gained a stealth lvl.
AFAIK you can't sneak as a werewolf, right?

None. Except official mods installed on Anniversary edition.

Normally you should not be able to get experience in your skills except your werewolf tree while in werewolf form, which does not grant your character itself level up experience. The only time i managed to get experience in a tree was when i tried to skip an unskippable speech check for my level 1 challenge by transforming at the exact time when talking to Anton in Markarth, it still leveled up my speech unfortunately.

To be fair, i don't think you can't get experience while in werewolf form, it's just that anything you do can't grant it. No weapons, no armor, no magic, no sneak, can't talk to others, can't interact with crafting stations. So whatever is going on, something happened which gave you experience, which it shouldn't have.

I loaded up a saved game in werewolf form and got a skill point like 5 seconds afterwards. A similar thing happened to me back when I was level 1 in Helgen (before Ralof removed my bindings).

I googled it and saw that I wasn't the only person that experienced this bug:

My guess is that the game still has plenty of bugs and this particular character, a Nord, seems to be affected by this.

This char was created on a fresh install and I have never used mods (because I want achievements first)

Something seems to be going on with your game itself then if it happened multiple times as i've never seen this happen, i've never even heard of this with anyone.
