It may be that there is no patch or that a patch is no longer needed (if in fact one ever was). I once had LOOT state that I needed a patch - for a merged file that I had created myself!
So, if you cannot find a patch anywhere, it is probably just LOOT giving wrong information based upon old, outdated - or maybe just plain wrong information that the team received.
That being said, I am not familiar with better Quest Objectives, so couldn't tell you one way or another whether there is something that requires patching for it to be totally compatible with LOTD.
This occurred for me with LOTD as well in regards to one of my other mods. It was telling me a patch was needed, I couldn’t find said patch, and after some digging in LOTD’s comments section I found someone asking about the same thing and the response was “a patch for that isn’t needed anymore”.
That may be the case for EBQO.
No LOOT is not infallible, but it HAS pointed me to countless patches I did not know I needed so...there is that
But... did you need those patches? Like, actually need them, or was it just loot saying you did?
As the others have said, sometimes it points you to a patch you no longer need as the fix is already part of the mod, or the thing the patch fixed was taken out of the mod, etc... etc.. There are a number of reasons why, but LOOT won't always know that
