Multiple scripts bug ? Skyrim ultimately freeze after some time + Campfire and Wintersun action bug

Okay, I've been starting a new game. I've installed everything a bunched of mods. I use Vortex with LOOT and I launch the game with SKSE64. I had visual/graphic problems, I solved them.

Now, I seem to have some problems with my scripts.

1) Without doing anything, the game freeze after a while. Sounds and music are still there, but the screen is freezing. When it happens, I have no choice but to shut down and restart the computer.

2) Aside of the first problem, I have a problem that occured twice. I'll try to describe it clearly. First with Wintersun when I tried to prey, then with Campfire when I tried to settle a campfire. Both times, I had to use Z to activate the power, then the action in third person view is starting but in the middle of the process, it stops and the camera stays on a third-person view. And then controls are modified somewhat. I can still move my character the keyboard touchs I chose, but now the mouse is moving my character too. If I move my mouse, I can see my character turning on itself. For example, if my character is turning its back on me, I can move my mouse closer to me and my character will turn on itself and face me. And if I use the keyboard to make him go forward, he will move in the direction he's looking (so in this case, towards me), instead of turning in his back on me again on going where the camera is looking.

I don't know if all this is quite clear, I've tried to describe the problem but english is not my native language. From what I read here and there on the internet, I understood it had someting to do with scripts and heavy-scripted mods. That maybe Papyrus could help (I have PapyrusUtil but I don't know how it works). I've been playing Skyrim for a long time, but it's the first time that I have to look into the scripts sooo I don't know how we do that.

Sooo... I don't have no more trouble with Wintersun nor Campfire. I used MSI Afterburner to downclock/underclock my computer and it seems to have help. I have reduce Shadow Quality & Shadow Distance from Ultra to High and Decal Quantity & Godrays Quality from High to Medium. However, I still have the freezing problem. I noticed it happens when I'm in the open world, not when I'm in a house or some interiors. So, I guess it's a script from an overhaul mod or something like that that cause the problem.

Is there a tool that can help me checking my scripts ?

Or is it a situation where I need more RAM (I have only 8) if I want this problem gone ?

I'd assume your drive is a HDD too?
Motherboard bus speeds are not helping on top of only 8 gigs of ram.
You really are bottlenecked.
