However, there does exist a patch for Imperious and TLD’s requirement RaceCompatibility for Skyrim Special Edition.
Maybe that will make it so you can use TLD and Imperious.
Just search Imperious on Nexus and it’ll be the most recent result.
It’s called Imperious - RaceCompatibility Patches by Setsuniii.
What you’re talking about is a patch between the Imperious mod and another mod called Universal Imperious Patch.
The one I’m talking about supposedly just patches Imperious and RaceCompatibility (a requirement for TLD).
The one you’re talking about is a patch that fixes issues between Imperious and Universal Imperious Patch.
The one you’re taking about will be useless unless you’re already using Universal Imperious Patch.
To be clear, this was what I could find. I have not tried TLD (yet) and I don’t use Imperious so I can’t promise this will work, but it’s worth a shot if you don’t want to switch off Imperious to use TLD.
The only thing I kinda question is the fact that the Imperious-RC patch looks for the custom race’s “proxy” and then applies Imperious’ stat changes and passives to that custom race based on that proxy.
I’m fairly certain TLD uses the Dunmer as its proxy - meaning that when the game or NPCs perform a race check for dialogue or anything like that it treats your TLD Dwemer like a Dunmer.
TLD gives its Dwemer race its own unique set of stat changes, passives, and abilities though, so my only concern would be that either a) even with this patch Imperious won’t be compatible because TLD’s stats/passives/abilities will conflict with Imperious’ Dunmer ones, or b) you’re gonna end up with some kinda hybrid Dwemer who has the starting stats/passives/abilities of both Imperious’ Dunmer and TLD’s Dwemer.
