Help with strange visual bug

Game was working fine but I returned to it and found that the tails for the argonians and khajiit were grayed out and there were strange light bugs going on. Any idea what is causing this.

I just ran a diagnostic using fallrim tools resaver and it said there was a problem, specifically "there are 60 stacks and 94 frames which may indicate a problem. Critterspawn occurs the most often (21 occurences)." Does anyone know what any of that means

No idea about those errors messages, but the tails sound like a missing/broken mesh or texture issue. Have you been using any mods that alter them?

Don't think so, but Im doing a clean reinstall and dumping the bodyslide/mesh mods to see what the culprit was

I also noticed that the crops in the game were sometimes protected and harvesting would be stealing. Is that a bug or is a mod doing that like USSEP? Don't think I have a mod that does this.

Unofficial patch does not change crops ownership.
Do you use "iNeed" or "Skyrim Landscape and Water Fixes" by any chance? they have an option to remove free stuff from NPC farms (crops you planted yourself still yours).

Critterspawn: Sometimes scripts get stuck in a loop in vanilla game: sometimes it's harmless... sometimes it can corrupt your savegame.
