mod help

Hey there, I recently finished Skyrim ( the main quest line anyway) and I wanted to start modding. I have vortex downloaded and I’m using nexus mods. I wanna use the UNP female body renewal mod but when I try using the sliders in the character customization nothing happens however, when I use the sliders under the body scale tab that come with RACEMENU, instead of the UUNP tab, it works just fine. I currently have RACEMENU, FNIS, BODYSLIDER, and UNP enabled as well as SKSE64. I’m stumped, some help would be appreciated.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with UNP - it is like the classic discussion of Vortex vs MO2 - there are some people who will insist that one is useless and should not be used - the fact of the matter is they are both excellent, and those arguing that one is useless and should not be used are clueless and unreliable source of information. The same applies in this situation as well.

As it would seem that you are new to modding, you are getting a little ahead of yourself. First read the following so that you have an understanding of the basic that are involved:

Looking at the mod page, towards the bottom in the FAQ there is this line:

“ Q: How can I change something on this body?
A: You need to install the program Bodyslide and install Legacy UUNP or BHUNP”

If you’re just using “UNP Female Body Renewal - A Female Face and Body Replacer”, that may be your issue.

You need to find either Legacy UUNP or BHUNP and install that as well.
