Legacy of the Dragonborn planetarium bug?

After completing A Path to the Heavens and inserting the Planetary Cube, I get regular outside sky instead of the space backdrop that should be there. It even changes from day to night to day just like it does outside of the building. Checking the console with More Informative Console tells me that I've just got regular SkyrimStormRain weather or whatever is happening outside the Gallery. Has anyone else had this issue, and does anyone know how to solve it?
