Bound dagger+shadow warrior?
Since bound dagger makes noise while attacking I was curious if anyone had tried using it with shadow warrior. If I could quickly duck and disappear then a bound dagger stealth build could work in theory but idk if it would just fall apart once that damn noise alerted everyone. Thanks for any insight.:praisesun:

It makes noise on hit, not swinging, and that hit will be a sneak attack so it won't really matter. That said, the bound dagger isn't that great of a weapon, even when upgraded to the mystic variant it's only as strong as an ebony dagger.

Bound daggers are fine for stealth since x30 will one shot almost anything even without mystic binding giving them 10 damage. But the noise will matter to all the other enemies around since most of the time they're grouped up. That's why I was wondering if anyone had tried this and could say either way if shadow warrior was enough to reset stealth even when surrounded.

Shadow Warrior resets stealth every time you crouch, it does work even in the middle of a group of enemies, they will of course see you again, but Shadow Warrior has no cooldown.

It makes you hidden for about 2 seconds, long enough to kill an enemy with sneak attack, then crouch again and repeat. Being able to sneak attack enemies in open combat is stupidly overpowered.

So sw is long enough to pop invisibility again as well? That means the noise q bound dagger makes wouldn't matter with sw, thanks.

You don't even need invisibility, you just crouch and attack and you'll get the sneak bonus. Though I suppose if you were using it to run away then it should be possible, never tried it. I use SW almost exclusively as an offensive ability.

The noise could also be minimised by getting Quiet casting so that casting the bound dagger spell doesn't create noise. Though that is quite high up the Alteration (?) tree.

What the OP is referring to is actually a bug with the Bound Dagger itself and not the casting of the spell.

"The Bound Dagger has incorrect 1st person animations attached, specifically sword animations, causing the dagger not to be silent as it should be."

I just want to be prepared for any situation. I'm building an orc assassin that can go werewolf when the ♥♥♥♥ hits the fan. I've made so many other cookie cutter builds I wanted to do something unique this time so I thought a conjuring werewolf that can backstab and use paralyze runes would be badass. RP wize I can do every faction in the game without breaking immersion. (I know thats kinda lame but it's fun too:praisesun:)

If the ♥♥♥♥ does hit the fan Shadow Warrior will outperform werewolf, I really cannot overstate how broken this perk really is.

This video show a pretty decent example of getting a x30 damage attack in direct combat.
