problems changing quality of the game

so i recently started adventuring into modding and i feel like everything works fine but i noticed that i wasn't able to change my game quality when i launch SKSE in MO2
here's my modlist in case it could help (IGNORE the numbers on the left iplease dk why it doesnt display them correctly but theyre in order exactly as you see them)

If you mean video settings low thur ultra use the old launcher, make adjustments close out, then launch game with skse launcher.

By “game quality” do you mean graphics settings like screen resolution and all that?

If so, launching the game through SKSE will not get you that. You have to launch the game normally through Steam, this will open up the Skyrim launcher window where you can change those settings. After you make those changes, just exit the launcher and run it with SKSE again and your changes will have been applied.

Your load order is presented correctly. Mods in positions 245 have ESL-flag. They always load from position 245 and do not follow the common priority rule.
