How edit files in skyrim?

So i downloaded the bring your silver mod which changes the resistance of the undead but its not working because of some mod i use, so i wanted to go into the game files and change the resistances of the undead against normal weapons or silver weapons and against some spells, how do i do it?

You can use xEdit: on Nexus the version for Skyrim SE is named SSEEdit. There might be a more recent version on GitHub (Nexus has a link in the mirrors list), but I wouldn't recommend the experimental version.
