dont know as i dont use this particular walking animation. but i gave it the best shot i could in a 10 minute search which is just about the max amount of time i was willing to give it.

according to this video its called gunslicer. note this is apparantly a skyrim mod. not a skyrim se mod. also note it looks to be part of a set of movement animations. not just walking animations.
