This is a Utility that when used to read your load order can tell you what modified what. If you learn to use it you can track down the Culprit.
Edit: So if its a base game item I let it keep my whole load order. Wait for it to load. Then I open Skyrim.esm. Ingots are Misc Items so I go to that section and Sort by name (you may have to find your place again, it sorts the whole load order). So its Base ID: 000db8a2 Editor ID: IngotDwarven Name: Dwarven Metal Ingot.
Click on it. Then on the Right you can see all mods that you loaded (in case you didn't load everything) and how it effects each Field. So compare to the Skyrim ESM and determine what you need to do. I would think long and hard about changing things without backing up saves and plugins.
As an Example. I have a mod called immerisve Jewalry. This changes that item from having 1 weight to having 11 weight. I see when looking at the Weight Value that in the Skyrim.esm Column that the Value 1.0 is in Red and with Immersive Jewalry the Value is in Green and says 11.00.
For your needs you want to look at the Value Field (should be near the Weight Value, might have to schroll down to see it.
