Problem with the "Heart of The Crypt" mission
I want to get the mage knight armor, but when i go to the Silver-Blood inn in Markarth I can't find the book anywhere, i already checked like 10 times and even in other saves, but the books doesn´t seem to appear, but in the config screen it does appear in the downloaded content section

It may have spawned underneath something, including the floor, tcl command can help look for it by allowing you to get under the floor..... just remember to use the command a second time to turn collision back on or you will get issues.

Not sure which config screen you mean. Did you actually go into the Creation Club section of the main menu and download it?

I mean that i checked in the menu where you can see the settings (the one where you use the ESC key to access) i didnt go to the cc to download it, since the whole cc content came with the game, since i bought the especial edition

No. The Special Edition only contains 4 of the CC items - Fishing, Survival Mode, Saints & Sinners, and Rare Curios. Those 4 are part of the base game now, and are installed automatically.

To get anything else, you need to either buy the Anniversary Upgrade (which gives you access to the other 70 CC items), or buy Creation Club credits and purchase individual items from inside the game itself. Either way, those other CC items must be downloaded from within the game. Steam doesn't install those automatically.

Well, first, my apologies for not explaining it well, i bought the game with the anniversary upgrade (it was in offer along fallout 4, so i had to make some advantage) but even so, it doesnt appears, so im not sure if the things are installed or not, i have all the cc content already, and it seems to have come with the game (the fact that the golden hills farm exists is a proof of it) so im not sure where is that forsaken book

At least we have eliminated it spawning beneath something.
which jmeans it isn't spawning there, which just leaves something preventing it from spawning, possibly a mod, possibly a script (ie if you have to do it before/after something else)

Highly unlikely, I play vanilla, and afaik the quest doesn´t have a lvl pre-requisite

It might not have had a level requirement in the beginning, but a number of CC items did get modified for the Anniversary Upgrade so they don't all start at once. I don't know if this is one of them.
