What does the enchantment of Fists of Randagulf do?
The unarmed damage seems very high when wearing it. What is the meaning of 20% more damage? Does it mean 20 more?

If the damage is say 10(Whatever unit) without the fist. With the fist you would get 20% of 10 more wich would end up at a damage at 12(Whatever unit)

The fists have a fortify unnamed damage of 20, you do 20 more damage with punches. The text is partially incorrect. It does provide a 20% bonus to one-handed, two-handed, and Blocking, However the unarmed bonus is 20 damage not a %.

Then my answer is correct about one-handed, two-handed and blocking but not unarmed.
I just took the example from the OP, never checked the stats for that item.
