Brunwulf isn't letting me become Thane.

Exactly as it says in the title. I completed the civil war for the Imperials but Brunwulf isn't giving me the dialogue to become thane at all. I tried the Unrelenting Force trick but that didn't work and I tried the addfac command but no dice. I WAS able to buy Hjerim and even decorate it though.

Any help is appreciated. c:

It is related to your relationship status with Brunwulf. You can talk to the steward and complete a few bounty quests. This may help build an agreeable reputation with the new Jarl and give you the "..Is there anything else my Jarl.." dialog option.

You can also use the setrelationshiprank console command on Brunwulf and put it at a 2 or higher. This will cause the relationship status to be high enough to allow for the dialog option to appear.

Keep in mind, the Become Thane quest requirements of the usual radiant quest, property purchase, and help [3-5] residents are all still predominantly necessary. Since I don't know your exact setup, even these results may vary.

I couldn't even get the dialogue to give me the indicators to help/purchase the house, cause I assume it pops up like the others (and unlike Riften)

MANAGED IT, I had to reset the quest (the stage was at 200 for no reason????) and add Brunwulf to the right faction but hey! now I'm the rightful Thane!
