Skyrim Anniversary edition keeps crashing.

Hello I have been having a problem of whenever I start a new game, during the opening cut scene, when Ralof starts talking to you the game just crashes to desktop. I have tried validating the game files, uninstalling the game, restarting Steam, and running it without mods, Nothing seems to work. Please could somebody help me with this as I love this game and have been trying to play it for a while. (P.S. I am using windows 11)

Follow this guide to the letter from start to finish including the video (obviously you can skip the Vortex section since you're not modding the game). So that means doing more than a simple uninstall/reinstall and making sure you update the file mentioned as well as your drivers, it's all in the guide:
