Daedric Horse Spell not working

So after becoming a werewolf through the companion questline, I've had some interesting side effects happen. Namely a circlet and hood that I normally couldn't wear simultaneously are now both equipped and their respective enchantments are both active, but another, more annoying effect has been that every time I summon a daedric horse, I cannot ride it or interact with it anymore. I have no mods installed, I own the complete Anniversary Edition of Skyrim. This is the first time that this has ever happened in my 200+ hours. Any advice for a fix?

you have developed a bug, load a save from before you turned into a werewolf and try again.
I would also recommend installing the Unofficial Skyrim SE Patch, you may need the Unofficial Skyrim Anniversary Edition Patch as well (I will have to check whether it needs all the CC mods or not one of these days)

Unfortunately I have no saves before then at this point. Is there anything I can do about it before I install any mods?

Sadly No, once you have a bug you can't remove it, due to how saves work...
I would recommend in future saving every half hour or so, so you always have saves o fall back on.
