Leveling up in the beginning bug

I have played Skyrim all mu life and this is the first time I see this bug, right in the beginning of the game, after I enter the Helgen Keep with Ralof, I can level up, it's the first time I'm having this bug, and I don't know how to fix this, I tried creating another character and this bug still happened. Does someone knows how to fix this bug? Or what to do to solve this? This really annoys me.

Sounds like the bug I've encountered. Really I've only seen it when starting up a Nord character. It is fixed by making sure to fully exit and restart the game before starting a new character. Do not just 'quit to main menu' and then start a new character right after playing a previous one.

You can also just make sure to change your race away from being the default Nord race to something else (and then back to Nord again if you want). That will often also fix the issue.

Honestly though the safer bet is to just make sure to fully restart the game before starting a new character. I've also had issues with attack sounds not loading on a new character when I don't restart before creating them. Clean restart is best.

If it isn't that then I'm afraid I don't know, but hopefully that works for you.
