I take it you have a modded game so I would start by posting your load order.

for Vortex
keeps a .txt version (loadorder.txt) of your mod load order here:
C:\Users\YOUR NAME\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition
Find it and then copy and paste contents of loadorder.txt here.
OR
You can access it directly from the Mods section of Vortex
up top / folder icon select Open / then select Open Game Application Data Folder /
copy and paste the contents of loadorder.txt here

for MO2
Your Mod Organizer 2 installation folder has a folder named Profiles.
Under profile name (Default, or separately named) has both load order and mod list as .txt files. Copy and paste the load order directly from loadorder.txt file here.
I was having this crash constantly and what fixed it for me was deleting SSE Fixes, SSE Bug Fixes, eFps - Anniversary Edition, and eFps - official Patch Huh. I'm not sure if the Efps mods needed to be deleted, but I deleted all 4 of those and I haven't crashed since. I hope this helps because I was on the verge of a mental breakdown because my Skyrim was running smooth before I downloaded these few mods. I do still use SSE Engine Fixes and EFps - Exterior Boost.

It won't help, since the thread is two years old. I doubt that anyone has the patience to wait for so long. Read the timestamps, okay?

Alternatively: Always post solutions to problems. :)
